Voucher Format

The voucher can be sent to you or can be sent directly to the recipient on your behalf by either mail or as an emailed PDF file.

If shopping online you can choose a voucher to any of the values above ($20, $50, $75, $100) or you can contact Lyssy May separately for a voucher of any other amount. You can nominate at the shipping options page whether you wish the voucher to be emailed or posted.

Please note that Gift Voucher amounts if ordering online will include GST (except for Overseas Customers). Posted Giftvouchers will incure a postage cost of $1 within Australia and $2 for overseas dispatch. Emailed Giftvouchers are sent at no charge.

How to Order

When ordering your voucher, please note who the voucher is to be made out to, the amount it is for and who you would like to be from.

Also please note any other specific details, such as the recipients address if you would like them to be sent it directly. (You can provide these details in the Shipping Address section if shopping online and there is a box provided for any other special instructions during the checkout process, such as the recipients email address if you would like a pdf voucher sent directly to them).

Voucher Redemption

The vouchers can be redeemed by their lucky recipients online by choosing the 'Giftvoucher' payment option and by providing the voucher number in the special instructions box during the checkout process.

Please note that if the voucher amount is more than their total purchase amount then Lyssy May will note a credit for the customer who is redeeming the voucher. If the voucher amount is less than the total order amount, the voucher can still be chosen as the payment option but the outstanding balance will need to be arranged to be paid separately by the redeemer upon dispatch.
